I'm new to LXDE. I downloaded I hope all the files, it is running. I install a few files but they don't show up in the menu. My question is what editor do I need to put the programs in the menu? I'm using LXDE because of the size and I want to keep it small. I found this lxmed-20120515-noarch-2_slonly.txz but this file jdk-8u102-x86_64-1_slonly.txz is 149.3MB. I forgot I'm using Porteus (Slackware). Any help would be great.
