Hi, I have Debian (stable) with LXDE and I am trying to get VPN to work for the first time. From what I have seen around, wicd does not support VPN, so I installed network-manager-gnome and network-manager-openvpn-gnome. Unfortunately when I run network-admin I am not given even the option to manage wifi networks, let alone an VPN tab... all I get is "General", "DNS" and "Hosts". I do not know of other network managers.
Any suggestions appreciated!
Thanks
How to get VPN to work
Re: How to get VPN to work
Well I got the network manager running. Restarting the laptop did it. Next is the VPN setup but I don't expect so much trouble with that.
