Sir,
I had downloaded latest debian lxde image form debian site and renamed and placed it in debian folder. I tried to launch it with complete linux installer 2.8.(CLI). But I am getting the following message :
checking loop device ... missing
creating loop device .... ok
mount : mounting /dev/block/loop255 on /data/local/mnt failed : invalid argument
error : unable to mount the loop device.

Can anybody suggest the method of installing latest debian or ubuntu or kalilinux distros with CLI

supposing you are talking about PC hardware (and not your android tablet):
you have to create a bootable usb medium, or a live usb.
instructions can be found on the web pages of the respective distro.
