no telegram icon in tray

I do not see telegram icon in tray. I have added it to system startup and every reboot it is not in system tray. Please help

how have you added it to startup?
please show us all steps in full detail.
can you start telegram manually?

I confirm a problem.
On the panel the icons Skype, Telegram, Viber aren't visible
though Thunderbird, psi+, and others displayed normally
This was happen after updates
