LXQt with kwin takes ages to start

I have a startup problem with LXQt and kwin. It takes over a minute to start the graphical user interface after logging in.

So there seems to be a problem with kglobalaccel. The global shortcuts don't work after startup. I have to start kglobalaccel5 manually.
I'm running Arch Linux.
