Disable alt key

Hi,
I want to disable the alt key just as the user did in this post viewtopic.php?f=8&t=31775&p=39584&hilit=alt+key#p39584 and for the same reason. However I'm unable to find either "options" or "mapalt" in the xml files.
What am I missing?
