Hi everybody,

I have a problem with Eclipse and the way shows text when I use the horizontal scroll bar (the vertical scroll bar is fine).

I'm using the following software:
- Debian LXDE 8.7.
- Eclipse Mars.

Whenever I use the horizontal scroll bar with a Eclipse's text editor I get weird images displayed (as show to the right side on the image attached).

To solve the problem I have to hide and show Eclipse or select the text affected. After that the text is shown fine until the horizontal scroll bar is used again. Besides Eclipse non other software has this problem.

Any idea how to solve this?

iirc eclipse is a java application.

My experience with icedtea-openjdk is it is mediocre at best. Much better is oracle java: http://lxlinux.com/#7.
