Menu icons messed up

Hi all,
I am running debian buster.
some of the icons on the panel are messed up as you can see on attached image.
How can I fix this?

tell us something about your setup.
are you using a compositor?

What is a compositor?
Following icons get messed up:
Ethernet connection
Input Method indicator, ibus-Mozc
ClipIt
This happens to all users, system wide.
What I did was that I was trying to install CdEmu but it just didn't work so I gave up and uninstalled.
I had noticed CdEmu also had indicator, since then this symptoms started.

compositor = windows effects.
how did you install cdemu?
please show us in full detail.

Maybe my question is trivial, but I cant find how to link some icons to program?
Could somebody help me?

especially after i already answered you the first time, and you have not reacted to that.
what are you hoping to achieve? your question is too vague.
