how to set up the weather plugin

Hello i cannot configure the weather plugin.When i click Warsaw i got an error .I cannot set any localisation . I got fresh Debian Stretch LXDE
Localisation is a different thing entirely that includes your keyboard map and wifi country, language.
I had the weather plugin working once and decided it wasn't worth bothering with. There are different standards for sending online weather info to be readable by programs like the weather plugin, but it only uses some old Yahoo format. Which still works, it's just that my most local senders use some other format. That was a year or so ago, I don't remember what the formats are called.
