How to remove entries from "Open with" menu?

I added two entries for a program associated with a directory in "Open with". I cannot for the life of me find how to delete one of them. Can anyone help?
Look in $HOME/.local/share/applications, they should be in there with cryptic names like "some_app-usercreated-0.desktop".
Look at them in a text editor (or cat) first to make sure you want to delete them.
