Resize only 1 panel icon

I want to give my LXDE a sort of Windows XP style. For information, I use Linux Mint 20.1 normally with Cinammon but I'm setting up LXDE as a sort of nostalgia mode. I have the panel icons the way I want, except for the Start button. The start button is a bit too small and I want to make it bigger. Is this possible?

lxpanel's menu item is a bit limited there.
Have you increased the panel height, and icon height?
Have you tried exeprimenting with a launcher instead, to launch the menu?
Have you tried editing the image in question, make it larger?
