I am new user of Lxde by arch linux destro. after installed it on my laptop everything almost ok. but i have face a one problem that my touchpad {top to click} is not working. how can i active this?

I suspect that the problem with your touchpad does not lie with lxde but rather with the Arch operating system. Recommend you start looking here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Touchpad_Synaptics

^ Archlinux isn't so keen on Synaptics anymore; try this instead: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Libinput
OTOH, I have Archlinux on a ~6 year old laptop and decided to use the synaptics driver instead.
