Playing videos in the browser or player with screen tearing - how to avoid tearing?
I tried to get rid of tearing, but I cant find a solution. Other desktops on the same machine can handle this.
Any suggestion?

If you experience screen tearing while playing videos on a browser or media player, there are a few things you can do to fix the issue.
1. Enable V-Sync: Many video players and GPU settings offer the option to enable V-Sync. This synchronizes the frame rate of the video with your monitor's refresh rate, preventing screen tearing.
2. Use Hardware Acceleration: You can enable hardware acceleration in your browser or video player settings. This moves video rendering to your GPU, reducing the likelihood of screen tearing.
3. Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can be the reason for screen tearing. So, it is recommended to update to the latest GPU drivers to resolve this issue.
4. Choose a Different Video Player: If none of the above methods work, try switching to a different video player. Experiment with different players to find the one that works best for your system.
