I am missing available components in the menu

I am missing available components in the menu, so the question:

how to add then properly in the menu , what else!

They are
- nano
- xcalc
- xditview
- xedit

And I did install magicpoint (mgp) and would like to add a starting item in the menu opening a file «readitfirst».
is that possible?
