Do not long ago moved to lxde. find information on configuring...
did as they were written:
nano /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart
added line @setxkbmap -model evdev -layout us,ru -variant , -option -option grp:rctrl_toggle,grp:alt_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll
total:
delete button and move the cursor keys do not work.
question: how in this spuchae can insist on another?
just in case so that no questions were:
xkb_keymap {
xkb_keycodes { include "evdev+aliases(qwerty)" };
xkb_types { include "complete" };
xkb_compat { include "complete+ledscroll(group_lock)" };
xkb_symbols { include "pc+us+inet(evdev)+ru:2+group(alt_shift_toggle)+group(rctrl_toggle)" };
xkb_geometry { include "pc(pc104)" };
};

nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf --- empty

Please accept my apologies for my bad English

One thing you should do is take the "@" away. This makes lxsession start the command again every time it exits.

Tried editing hal config files right away?
Most distros need them in:
/etc/hal/fdi/policy
