I use openbox.

I have two panels. One on the bottom, and one on the top. If I maximize a window, thats ok: it uses only the space between the two panels. But sometimes the new windows placed under the top panel, so i need to put them into the top layer and then move it somewhere else. Is there a solution for this ...
