Hello,
i have tested the suggestion from Marty Jack from the Desktop Menu Specification.
The Debian system has a package called hamradiomenus at the repositorys this package contains all Files
at the freedesktop specifications.

On the system are all Files confirm of the Desktop Menu Specifications.
/etc/xdg/menus/applications-merged/hamradio.menu
/usr/share/desktop-directories/hamradio.directory
/usr/share/applications/xdx.desktop (Example)

I have played with /etc/xdg/menus/applications-merged/hamradio.menu to include the Filename Tag like
<Filename>xdx.desktop</Filename> and i have testet the Backward Compatibility with OnlyShowIn=Old at the File /usr/share/applications/xdx.desktop.

Ok no way to setup the additional Menu Hamradio...
Will wait to a future version of lxpanel
