icons are fixed on desktop

the icons are fixed or bound on destkop on fixed positions and I cannot move them. Why not?

It's not implemented yet, but you can change the order by right clicking on the desktop and select the order you want.

Direct after install, I saw that. But now, it is disappeard. There is only the short lxde right click menu available. (Application, Desktop, Obconfig, Reload Config Files).

The menu you see is the opbenbox menu, when you want to change it back to PCManFMs menu you have to start PCManFM and click on "Edit>Settings/Preferences>Desktop>General Settings>Clicking on the Desktop...." then apply and the menu should be there again.
