Minimize All Windows "panel item" issue

I just compiled the new lxpanel 5.1on pclxde 2009.4 and my "minimize all windows" button doesn't seem to be working properly, it can "minimize all windows" but it cannot "restore them". Please I need help solving this issue.

This was a deliberate change requested by quite a few users. It was discussed before being changed at http://forum.lxde.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=504 starting on June 23 and is documented in the release notes at http://blog.lxde.org/?p=410 . In that sense, it is not a bug. We are experiencing some feedback from users who do not like the change. The toggle behavior has returned under user preference in SVN r1928.
