Is there any place to post bugs?
1)
I have two monitors and I want my panels to be only on one of them. If my panels are aligned to the right with 1600 width (width of my right monitor) it works well:

If I move my panels to the left (1440 width) the bug appears:

As you can see I can't maximize windows on the right monitor, because there's some space reserved for the panel, but panel is not even there, it's completely located on the left monitor.
It can be workarounded by setting panel width to 1439 (which is 1 pixel shorter than an actual monitor size).

If you zoom to the right corner of a panel you'll see a blue line (my blue desktop).
2)
Application Launch Bar background is just wrong... Here's the screenshot:

The background of the icons is just a solid color, but it should use background image. Looks ugly! Usually it's bugged, sometimes it works correctly.

3)
And here's something I wont understand ever...
Minimum panel size when minimized is 2 pixels. Why? Why can't we use 1 pixel or 0 pixels(means that panel can't be seen at all when minimized)?
As a workaround it is possible to set it for 1 pixel by manually editing panel settings file, but anyway?
