How do you access advanced search in this forum

How do you access advanced search in this forum

Most forums have an Advanced feature where you can search by username as well as topic. Don't seem to see that feature in this forum. Anyone know if there is one? Thanks.

Advanced Search

Check the screenshot (Search for author)
