Welcome to the LXDE forum. What are you trying to do, take a screen shot? Your post doesn't really provide much information.

it seems you accidentally executed the command "bind".
not quite sure what it does, but i'm sure you can undo it.
or maybe just reboot.
read the man page ("man bind") carefully to understand what happened and to learn how to undo it.
if you can't read the man page on your own computer, you can also read it online.

you usually can also press CTRL+C or CTRL+Z to stop a terminal proccess...
