Welcome to the LXDE forum. I am not sure what you are asking. The portion of the LXPanel that displays open windows (the Task Bar) is configurable. Right click any open space of the LXPanel and choose "Task Bar (Window List)" Settings. Configure to your desired likes and close. You can also increase/decrease the number of desktops Main menu->Preferences->Openbox Configuration Manager->Desktops. If this is not what you are looking for please provide us with additional information.

Please compare this two pictures. I don't know how to lock space for "HP, CPU temp, CPU usage" on LXDE taskbar. As you can see "HP" space is increasing and space for running programs is decreasing (Firefox,Kolorpaint).
So after some time there will be very little space for running programs (up to computer reboot).
i think it has something to do with the energy manager producing empty space in the system tray.
are you by any chance using xfce4-power-manager? because that's where i saw the exact same thing recently.
Yes I do use xfce4-power-manager. So what do you suggest to do ? Should I replace xfce4-power-manager?
If so, what should I use instead to avoid this issues?
I found that this empty space is beeing produced after suspend.

you have to look into the bug reports for this, i'm not sure what the current status is (people often post working solutions/workarounds in the comments).
