Good afternoon!
Install new programs, and they do not appear in the menu. The file /
usr / local / share / applications all describe links to applications
(shortcuts) menu is, and in fact half of the menu there is no program.
what to do? Reinstalling menus and programs does not solve anything.
Trying lksmed, the same thing. Vredaktore menu and category labels on
the program there, but in the menu LHDE nothing is added. How to be?
My OS freeBSD 11.0

I don't know if this will work for you but it did for me. I re boot then the icons were there. Just try it.

I didn't know but I was hopping it would. Maybe I was lucky when it work for me. Sorry I can't help you.
