no telegram icon in tray

I do not see telegram icon in tray. I have added it to system startup and every reboot it is not in system tray. Please help

I confirm a problem.
On the panel the icons Skype, Telegram, Viber aren't visible
though Thunderbird, psi+, and others displayed normally
This was happen after updates
