ALSA device has a broken timer

Hi. I have a Lubuntu installed Netbook (Toshiba NB200). When I try to watch a video and listen to music smoothly. So I started the program Audacious on the terminal and I get the following Warning Message:

So what can I do? This is a very annoying problem. Because, I can't listen to any music or watch any video.

By the way I reinstalled Lubuntu I hope this time it goes better.
