Raise window when clicking inside application.

When I want to drag and drop a folder to another, then second folder is hiding, in Xubuntu not. The image is showing what I mean.
Is any way to get this in Lubuntu.

This has been a subject of discussion for a while. I have never been able to drag and drop like you want to do. I have been using Lubuntu for some time now and have had to use copy and paste or cut and paste to move or update files. Sorry, that is the best that I can offer. Perhaps someone else can offer a work around or solution.
