I'm using Fedora 11 with LXDE, It's for an elderly citizen. I'm pretty new to linux but catching on. The minimize, windowed and close program buttons at the top right of windows are very very small, Is there a way to increase their size?
Alot of text is rather small aswell, I increased the size of icons on the desktop and the size of the panel bar which seems to help.
Are there any other suggestions/ways to customize LXDE / Fedora to help with the poor sighted/elderly?
Thank you
LXDE Bigger interface text, menu items etc...

Hi
My first suggestion would be, to easily change the theme. For example the sugar theme is very large, but it's not that nice looking. Have a look at gnome-look.org and look forgtk2.0 Themes. I don't know if this fit your need, but its the easiest way and you don't have to hack some configuration files
